The diverse area

WTC Heerlen Aachen rents office units from 25 sqm gross floor area. The offices have a flexible layout and are delivered with carpeted floors, insulated walls, climate control (top cooling), ceilings and built-in lighting.
All offices are equipped with data cabling for telephone and internet. The WTC provides fiber optic internet and VOIP telephony.
The WTC also rents rooms for storage and archiving in the basement.
